About Clarke CAD
Direct CAD support for real-world fabrication.
Clarke CAD is run by Adam Clarke and focused on models and drawings that are useful in fabrication, plant and industrial environments.
Direct working
You discuss the job directly with the person modelling and detailing it.
Project discussions, scope and drawing feedback stay connected from the first brief through review and issue. It helps keep the model, the drawings and the questions around them in the same conversation, without passing technical clarification between separate roles.
Send project detailsWorking method
Keep the workshop and site questions connected to the drawing.
A project can begin with incomplete information. A sketch, a photograph, an existing model, a marked-up drawing or a set of measurements can establish the starting point. The required outputs, review points and open questions can then be agreed around the job itself.
As the work develops, clarifications can be checked against the model or drawing that they affect. When a change is agreed, the relevant detail can be updated before the drawing pack is issued.
Practical output
From the information available to the information a workshop can use.
- Read the brief.Sketches, dimensions, notes, photos and existing geometry define the starting point.
- Develop the information.Models and drawing details make the arrangement easier to check and coordinate.
- Issue the agreed output. The agreed model, drawing or coordinated pack is issued for the next stage of the job.
