  • 3D assembly models
  • Detailed component models
  • Viewable design iterations
  • 3D model views for review

Build the geometry before the drawing set

This service is for parts and assemblies that need their relationships resolved before dimensions are issued. Clarke CAD can work from a supplied sketch, photograph, measurements or existing geometry to set out the main parts in one model.

What gets checked in the model

  • How components sit together in an assembly
  • Access, clearances and likely clashes visible from the supplied information
  • The relationship between supports, brackets, guards or surrounding equipment
  • Which views need developing into drawing information

Review and next steps

The model provides a practical review point before detailing. Once the arrangement is agreed, the relevant views and components can move into 2D drawings or a fabrication drawing pack.

Helpful information for a quote

Send the available dimensions, existing files, photographs, known constraints and a note of the part or assembly that needs modelling.
